Course Description:
The Faith Essentials Program is designed for any student who wants to seek knowledge in a structured manner while simultaneously studying in school or pursuing a career. This program will give you an holistic understanding of the fundamentals of Islam in the English language through the study of tafsīr, sīrah, fiqh, and Quranic Arabic.
These basic components of the religion serve as the foundation of one's entire religious practice. No matter how large a structure one constructs, or how elaborately one decorates the structure, the whole edifice is in peril if its foundation is not firmly established. Therefore, an appropriate measure needs to be taken by all believers, men and women, to ensure their foundation is established in the most perfect and firm manner.

- Tafsīr, Qur’ānic Exegesis (Selected)
- Ḥadīth, Prophetic Traditions
- ‘Aqīdah, Creed
- Sīrah, Prophetic Biography
- Fiqh, Islamic Jurisprudence
- Naḥw, Arabic Grammar
- Ṣarf, Morphology
